Research Focus:
My focus is developing state of the art statistical methodology that are used to understand the dynamics of environmental phenomena and health variables, in particular. The statistical models and inferential methods I develop are general and mostly Bayesian: Examples of some specific uses are joint modeling of dependent spatially and temporally dynamic atmoshperic/environmental/molecular variables, modeling continuous physical phenomena depending on time-dependent evolutions of other related variables, predicting the directions of spatially dynamic phenomena (such as wind direction and movement of migratory birds).
Teaching:
I am experienced in teaching foundation of statistical theory, particularly mathematical statistics, statistical inference and Bayesian theory
